RetailTaxFree provides tailored guidance and support to retailers on tax exemption procedures, compliance assistance, and claim processing. These services include consultation sessions, documentation support, and representation with relevant authorities.

2.2 Info Products

Info products include digital guides, training modules, and webinars designed to help retailers understand tax exemption rules and best practices for managing tax-free sales.

2.3 Goods

Goods offered include printed tax-free kits, declaration forms, and informational materials shipped to your location for use in point-of-sale environments.

3. Eligibility and User Obligations

You represent that you have the authority to enter into this agreement and will comply with all applicable laws. You must provide accurate contact and business information when engaging with our services, products, or goods.

4. Refund and Reimbursement Policy

4.1 Services

Clients may request a full refund on standard support packages within 14 days of purchase, provided no more than one consultation session has been completed. After one session, partial reimbursement is available, calculated pro rata. Certain custom on-site audit services are non-refundable due to immediate resource allocation and preparatory work. By purchasing these services, you acknowledge that resources are reserved and cannot be otherwise allocated.

4.2 Info Products

If you decide to cancel access to any digital guide or training module within 30 days of purchase and have not downloaded over 20% of the content, you may request a full refund. After 30 days or after downloading more than 20%, requests for reimbursement are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4.3 Goods

Unused goods may be sent back for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Clients are responsible for shipping costs. Once we receive the goods, we will issue reimbursement to the original payment method within 10 business days.

5. Service Transfers

Standard support packages and info products may be transferred to another party within 90 days of purchase, subject to our written approval. Transfers do not incur additional fees if the recipient meets our eligibility criteria.

6. Amendments

RetailTaxFree may update these terms from time to time. Unless otherwise stated, amendments become effective 30 days after posting on retailtaxfree.com.
